About The Position
The Project Coordinator and/or Project Manager is the primary point-person responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and internalize our values
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Scope project requirements including defining deliverables and resources required to complete the project
- Develop a detailed project plan, including workback schedules and timelines and monitor progress
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met, following up with internal stakeholders when projects go off-course
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
- Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues
- Serve as the initial line of quality assurance for job requests as well as proof deliverables from creative teams
- Conduct stakeholder meetings in order to solicit feedback, input, and expectations; incorporate these into project plans
- Produce regular reports (status, escalations, etc.) on the progress of projects; deliver these reports during regular team meetings
- Conduct project post mortems in order to identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings
- Assist with file management and archiving
- Assist with office management and organization
Requirements & Skills
- 2+ years (Coordinator) or 4+ years (Manager) of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Marketing, or related field
- Post-secondary Degree or relative experience, preferably in Business, Communications or Marketing an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with all types of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues and third parties
- Excellent skills in Asana, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to eliminate obstacles through creativity and adaptability
- Familiarity with project management software
- Ability to create and edit project documents, materials, and presentations
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
