About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complicated ideas effectively, have extensive hands-on experience in social media management, content management systems (such as WordPress), be data-driven with an emphasis on storytelling, oh… and fun to work with!

You will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with contractors and the Mammoth team to develop digital elements, conduct bid management, and optimization, and prepare reports in support of the client’s goals. Confidence, accountability and action-oriented attitude and habits are keys to success. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with agency team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day content updates on all digital properties.
  • Manage tracking and reporting using Google Analytics.
  • Conduct trend analyses using analytics data.
  • Produce regular reporting on user accounts, products, sales and categories.
  • Work with our team to align organic social media activity with marketing campaigns and branding.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients (including Mammoth) on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and others. This will include daily writing, editing, publishing, and updating content on the pages.
  • Collaboratively recommend strategy, planning and execution of digital initiatives through both direct and indirect channels.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and partner companies to develop elements such as; photography, videography, and other digital elements.
  • Assist in the development of product strategies to elevate brand awareness, enhance product positioning and deliver value-add materials to digital channels.
  • Stay current with online trends and best practices, including online marketing techniques, site/user experience optimization, social media, metrics/measurement and conversion techniques

Requirements & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Project management for multiple and competing priorities
  • Creative writing and/or social media community management
  • Experience with social media software/management tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords (Google Suite Certification are an asset)
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • CSS and HTML knowledge
  • Photography skills are an asset
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 year(s) of related experience

About The Position

We need a Project Manager (yes…the A-type) that will focus on account management/account services of the agency’s client projects. The Project Manager is the primary point-person responsible for planning, executing, and delivering corporate projects on time, within budget, and in accordance to specifications. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and internalize our values
  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Scope project requirements including defining deliverables and resources required to complete the project
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including workback schedules and timelines and monitor progress
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met, following up with internal stakeholders when projects go off-course
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
  • Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Serve as the initial line of quality assurance for job requests as well as proof deliverables from creative teams
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings in order to solicit feedback, input, and expectations; incorporate these into project plans
  • Produce regular reports (status, escalations, etc.) on the progress of projects; deliver these reports during regular team meetings
  • Conduct project post mortems in order to identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings
  • Assist with file management and archiving
  • Assist with office management and organization

Requirements & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Post-secondary Degree or relative experience, preferably in Business, Communications or Marketing
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with all types of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues and third parties
  • Excellent skills in Asana, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to eliminate obstacles through creativity and adaptability
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Ability to create and edit project documents, materials, and presentations
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
